* - although Northern Rock offer the lowest property value and drawdown - this will often be an expensive option on small loans due the fees associated with equity release products. Generally, the amount you can release will rise by 1% per year. For example if Aviva offer 21% at age 55 years they will offer 22% at age 56, 23% at age 57 etc.
